Hulkenberg: It's been my dream to work for a manufacturer

As was heavily rumoured, Nico Hulkenberg has confirmed he's leaving Force India after his latest three year stretch to join Renault.

Hulkenberg:

"It has always been my dream to work for a manufacturer team. F1’s new regulations will change the game and give our team a good opportunity. In the years to come, Renault will play a challenger role, which fits my approach to racing 100 percent. I can’t wait to become part of the family."

We'll have to wait and see whether the regulation changes help or hinder Renault next year, but I think it's safe to say they were disappointing this season. Force India, meanwhile, have been on the charge - so is this just a payday for Nico, or he gambling that the Renault dynasty is on the rise once again?
