US driver Alexander Rossi is finally set to graduate to F1 following a stellar year in GP2 (which still hasn't finished!).
Hopes that he could join US owned Haas F1 in 2016 are unlikely however with Team Principle Gunther Steiner saying they want a driver with more "experience".
As much as Haas wants experience, it'll be a boon for Marussia to have a US driver in their car ahead of Austin this year (and beyond).
Will be interesting to see how he handles the longest, hottest race of the year. If I had a US flag I'd be waving it as he lined up on the grid.
